2. Description of Service

RoomyLab provides a free, browser-based floor planning and home design tool. The Service is supported by advertising revenue.

3. User Designs and Data

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of any floor plans, layouts, or designs you create using RoomyLab.
  • Data Storage: RoomyLab runs entirely in your browser. We do not store your designs on our servers. You are responsible for exporting or saving your data locally. We are not liable for any data loss caused by browser cache clearing or device failure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied.

  • Accuracy: RoomyLab is a visualization tool, not a professional architectural or engineering software. Dimensions, scales, and measurements may not be 100% accurate relative to real-world construction standards.
  • Construction Risks: You should never rely solely on RoomyLab designs for construction, demolition, or structural changes. Always consult with a licensed architect, structural engineer, or contractor before beginning any physical work. RoomyLab is not responsible for any construction errors, material shortages, or structural damages resulting from the use of this tool.

5. Intellectual Property

The underlying code, graphics, and software mechanics of RoomyLab are the intellectual property of the site owners. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RoomyLab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
